Sheriff And Deputies And Leelanau Have All Changed Drastically

Finally, sheriff and deputies and Leelanau have all changed for the better, much better. It is about time but now sheriff and deputies and Leelanau jail are all getting an overhaul. The entire way that the jail is run has changed and the people who run it are getting rained better and more efficiently than ever before. sheriff and deputies and Leelanau jail had a bit of a scuffle a while back but now things have settled down and everyone has come to an agreement that they can all live with.

sheriff and deputies and Leelanau jail training changed recently and the sheriff took some of his training officers and locked them in a cell for a couple of hours. I personally think that this is an excellent idea. It would give the deputies some perspective of where the prisoners are coming from. It is rough being behind bars and stuck there no matter whether you deserve it or not. Unfortunately it is just as uncomfortable and upsetting no matter what your crime was and the sheriff thought that is would be a useful exercise for the new people to see just what it felt like. Well, needless to say that this did not go over very well with those who had to sit in the cells. They filed complaint after complaint and finally they got what they wanted, sort of. Now the sheriff has been restricted from locking them behind bars. Now these men can still be ordered to sit in the cell but the door needs to be open. What the difference is I don't know but I guess to the deputies in training there is a significant difference. SO this is how the sheriff and deputies and Leelanau jail have changed recently. And the change to sheriff and deputies and Leelanau jail are still a big deal and still a step in the right direction.

I think that it is important for the sheriff and deputies and Leelanau jail workers to know, or at least have some idea of how hard it is to sit in one of those cells. The sheriff and deputies and Leelanau jail workers need to be dedicated to making the place as pleasant as possible for everyone there. The vast majority of these people have not been convicted of a crime yet and are supposed to be considered innocent until proven guilty so they deserve to be treated well, for now. And now thanks to the sheriff and deputies and Leelanau jail workers perhaps things will change for the better.
